This is a very viable and in demand type of Certificate. In fact, they are the most popular and used Certificates in the country. Not all businesses/organizations want to have their customers or supporters have to pay an additional fee redemption fee just to get their vacation reservation form. They want to eliminate that extra fee and are willing to pay for the certificates upfront and hand them out. While the Dining Discount Certificates will have no additional cost to use them, the Vacation Certificates will still require the end user to pay for all required taxes and fees (transportation, meals, parking, etc. is not included).
