Individuals understand and agree the company does not issue or service the incentives or benefits included in their program and agree to hold the company and the issuer harmless from any issues or disruptions in the website operation or other situations which could affect the usage of the incentives or benefits. Individuals benefits may change, or be removed from the plan if the issuing company or its associated companies no longer issue the benefit and underdstand and agree to hold the company and issuing company or their associated companies harmless.
