As a member of Complete Benefits Plan, you are entitled to all services described immediately upon receipt of your membership card and/or membership materials.
As a member of Complete Benefits Plan, all expenses covered under the Roadside Protect Program are limited to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for any single claim, with a limit of 3 claims per membership year. Any additional expenses beyond this limit will be your responsibility to pay to the Roadside Contractor. Services include the following:
Eligible vehicles include all self-propelled vehicles with a gross vehicle weight up to 10,000 lbs. Vehicles must be designed, licensed and used for private, on-road transportation.
Complete Benefits Plan provides emergency roadside assistance nationwide through independent contractors for the convenience of its members. If you need emergency roadside assistance anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada, simply call the toll-free customer service number listed within your membership materials. This number can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will dispatch a service truck to you while you are on the phone with one of our customer service representatives.
This emergency road and tow benefit applies to any non-commercial vehicle you are driving at the time of disablement. Any car owned, leased or borrowed by you, your spouse or associate member will be covered.
This service may not be used as a substitute for regular maintenance necessary to keep a vehicle in good condition. Excessive claims may result in non-renewal or cancellation of your membership benefits (see terms and conditions).
As a member of Complete Benefits Plan, you are entitled to all services described immediately upon receipt of your membership card and/or membership materials.
When you call for dispatch service, be prepared to give the customer service representative the following:
HOW IT WORKS
You simply Call the toll free number you're provided to be connected to a roadside assistance dispatcher.
The dispatcher will contact the nearest participating towing facility and then tell you the estimated time of arrival. Most service providers require you or another authorized person to be with the vehicle in order to receive service (unless it is unsafe to do so).
After service is complete, please verify the information on the call slip provided by the service provider and sign it. The Complete Benefits Plan program will pay the service facility directly for covered dispatch charges. You will be responsible for paying the service facility for any charges not covered.
Cancellations
If service is no longer needed, please cancel your request within 5 minutes of the time you called by calling us back at the toll-free number listed within your membership materials.
Availability
We have made every effort to ensure that Complete Benefits Plan emergency roadside assistance can function under all conditions. However, during extreme weather conditions, there may be some delay before help can reach you. When such situations exist, we ask you to please be patient.
Of course, in some areas there may not be an available contractor. In this case, Complete Benefits Plan will issue you an authorization number. The authorization number is required to be eligible for reimbursement. You will have to contact a facility, and we will reimburse you up to $100.
If for any reason the Roadside Assistance Administrator dispatch center cannot provide the benefits listed in this Program, you must obtain an authorization number from the Roadside Assistance Administrator dispatch center to use the service provider of your choice. The Roadside Assistance Administrator will reimburse you up to $100 or the specific amount listed above in the covered expenses (whichever is less) upon presentation of the original paid service provider receipt. The authorization number is required to be eligible for reimbursement.
Important: Since all Authorized Roadside Contractors are independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Roadside Assistance Administrator, the Roadside Assistance Administrator can assume no liability for any damage to your vehicle resulting from the rendering of service or for personal items left in the vehicle. Any claims for personal injury or damage to the property of a member must be filed against the Roadside Contractor / servicing facility.
The Program provides service for most emergency situations but does not include:
Roadside Coverage provides one normally equipped service vehicle, one driver and one service call per disablement. Any additional personnel or special equipment is at the vehicle operator’s expense and is not reimbursable.
Emergency Roadside services are provided by Roadside Protect, Inc.
